Who is covered by the warranty?
Prismatic Lighting only accredits the original purchaser of the Prismatic Lighting product from an authorized reseller.
How long are products under warranty?
All Prismatic Lighting products are covered for 1 year after purchase date.
What is covered under warranty?
The limited warranty included with the purchase of any Prismatic product grants that the product will be free of any Manufacture Defect under normal use for 1 year. Manufacture Defect is a deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a products defect, frailty, or shortcoming. A Manufacture Defect does not include damage caused by transportation, storage, or carless handling, nor damage caused by misuse.
What will be done if there is a defect?
Purchaser must contact Prismatic Lighting within 30 days of occurrence with details of incident and provide proof of purchase. Prismatic Lighting reserves the right to inspect any product before having any obligation to replace or repair products.
If the Prismatic Lighting Product is deemed defective, Prismatic Lighting will repair or replace at their discretion.
Who is responsible for shipping?
Customer is responsible for shipping product back to Prismatic for repair/replacement/review. Prismatic Lighting can provide US customers return labels for a flat fee of $20. Prismatic Lighting will cover shipping product back to customer if within US. If customer is outside of US, customers will be billed shipping charge. Non-US customers can ask for shipping quote prior to return being started.
What if I am outside of my warranty?
Customer must pay for all labor, parts and shipping charges.
I have experienced some sort of financial/emotional loss due to a defect in the product. Will I be compensated?

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. PRISMATIC LIGHITNG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF SOFTWARE, LOSS OR RECOVERY OF DATA, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY LIMITED WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL KENSINGTON'S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT.
